We will measure your weight, BMI, body fat percentage, muscle mass, bone density, and hydration levels using electrical impedance, which is safe and accurate. We will also take your blood pressure, resting heart rate, and take your measurements and a photo (optional). A great way to get motivated for a new exercise or diet program!
